Program Management Expert
Public Health Culture Podcast Host
As a public health professional, I offer over 13 years of public health program management (in nonprofit, academic, and federal sectors), community engagement, and research experience. Since 2006, I have managed a number of public health programs, nationally.
The goal of Leonore Okwara, LLC is to help research staff coordinate studies effortlessly and researchers turn their dissertation or grant-funded proposal into a step-by-step project implementation plan.
With a plan that aligns directly with the proposed project activities, investigators and staff can identify problems in the project before they start the work and minimize the stress that comes with implementing a study with so many moving parts.
My project implementation plan development strategy has been tested with several research staff, doctoral students, postdocs, and early career investigators with great success. This plan can also be used as a training tool for new project staff.
